Office Based Sales Executive

£14,000 with realistic OTE of £30,000 +

My client, a successful and established company based on the outskirts   are looking for some new top notch sales people to join their growing team!

This is a chance to work with a fun and forward thinking company who have a great name behind them (making it a lot easier for you to be able to sell their products and services!)  AND have a role that offers the chance to make some very good commission (genuinely!)  You will be outbound calling to businesses and speaking to all sorts of different people and companies.  Never a dull day in this role, plus plenty of chance for progression .

Responsibilities will include

  • Calling new and existing customers to promote the company products and services and either selling over the phone or booking an appointment for a sales person to go and sell
  • Ability to identify and convert sales opportunities over the phone
  • Explaining the products in detail over the phone in a professional way
  • Working towards targets

In order to apply you must have

  • A proven track record in outbound sales (proactive b2c or b2b environment)
  • Ability to work to targets in an office environment
  • Excellent rapport building skills
  • Drive and ambition

The company are offering a salary of £14k plus attractive commission package (circa £30k OTE realistically although there are people working here at the moment making a lot more than this) and the chance to work for a growing, successful organisation.
