My client, a successful, growing financial services provider based in South Wales are looking for candidates with excellent customer services experience to join their collections team.
You will be someone who has worked previously in a customer services role and will have good communication, judgement, decision making and problem solving skills. This is really important because they way you will be communicating with these customers is very very important.
This is a chance to work with an up and coming company and have a role that offers the chance to work in a fun and vibrant environment!
Responsibilities will include
- Customer service
- Dealing with customers who have missed one or two payments, establishing reason for non-payment and negotiate bringing the payment up to date with the customer.
- Outbound calling
In order to apply you must have
- A background in high level customer service
- A professional and confident attitude
- Excellent rapport building skills
The company are offering a salary of up to £19k plus excellent benefits package and the chance to work for a growing, successful organisation where you can really make a difference to your career!
Hours of work will be 35 hours per week on a rota basis, Monday – Friday shifts between 9.00am – 8.00pm, Saturday and Sunday shifts between 9.00am – 6.00pm (1 in 3).
