Customer Care Officer

£18k plus annual bonus

My client, a successful, growing financial services provider based in South Wales are looking for some great high-level customer service representatives to join their growing team.

You will be someone who really enjoys providing great customer service and takes pride in your work.   You must have experience of dealing with sometimes tricky enquiries and also complaints and in addition to this have a great phone manner and also written skills.  This is a chance to work with an up and coming company and have a role that offers the chance to work in a fun and vibrant environment.

Responsibilities will include

  • Dealing with customer complaints
  • Investigating problems
  • Writing reports

In order to apply you must have

  • Experience of complaint handling in a telephone customer service environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent report writing skills
  • Drive and ambition

The company are offering a salary of £18k plus annual bonus and the chance to work for a growing, successful organisation.  Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9-5pm.
