Sales Support Advisor

My client, a successful, growing financial service provider based in South Wales are looking for some great Sales Support Advisors to join their busy growing support team.

You will be someone who really enjoys providing great customer service and takes pride in your work. You’ll also need to be pretty good with numbers so a good grade in Maths is a must! This is a chance to work with an up and coming company and have a role that offers the chance to work in a fun and vibrant environment.

Responsibilities will include

  • Providing quotes over the phone
  • Recalculating financials
  • Dealing with queries over the phone

In order to apply you must have

  • Excellent customer service experience – this must be documented on your CV.
  • Ability to work to targets in an office environment
  • Excellent rapport building skills
  • Drive and ambition

The company are offering a salary of £17k plus bonus and the chance to work for a growing, successful organisation. Hours per week are Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm (working either 9am – 5pm or 10am – 6pm on a rota basis) Saturday, 9am – 6pm Sunday 10am – 5pm on a rota basis. In addition to this there are up to 25 days holiday on offer, company pension, private medical insurance, life assurance, free parking, free onsite gym, Birthday Day off, and Christmas shopping day off as well as incentives.
